Recently, Enview’s Nick Ferguson participated in Geo Week’s Emerging Technology Showcase. The showcase features product previews from some of the latest innovations in geospatial analytics and data services, and is generally among the most popular sessions at the International Lidar Mapping Forum (ILMF). However, this year the entire event was converted to a virtual series due to ongoing concerns over large gatherings.
The Emerging Technology Showcase featured four companies demonstrating new products and novel technologies. We were proud to present Enview Explore, our self-service geospatial analytics tool for fast, scalable, automated 3D data classification and segmentation. Enview will formally launch its Explore product in September 2020. We participated alongside presenters from Woolpert, AstraLite, and e-survey.

About the presenter
Nick Ferguson is Enview’s VP of Strategy & Business Development. Nick has led sales, marketing and product teams consulting with geospatial, energy and government organizations throughout the world. Prior to Enview, he was Senior Vice President at Trimble Inc (NM Group) where he led the introduction of technology-driven programs for electric transmission and distribution utilities across North America. Nick holds a BS and MBA from Durham University (UK) and is a Chartered Geographer and Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society.
